Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups plant based milk (I like to use coconut, but any of them will work.)
3 tbsp organic maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chia seeds
Preparation
In a medium bowl whisk together milk, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Next add the cinnamon and cocoa powder, one tablespoon at a time to avoid clumps.
Whisk in chia seeds. Mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight.
Stir well before serving.
Additional toppings: chocolate chips, shredded coconut, strawberries, banana slices, almonds, and dried fruit.
