Balance Your Body with Real Foods

Are you on a mission to take control of your health, learn how to eat foods that fuel your body, and feel fabulous in your clothes? Although working directly with a coach offers the most benefit, it may not fit into your schedule or budget. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get the support you deserve.

Balance Your Body is an online health coaching service that allows you to receive the knowledge and accountability from a coach at your own pace. You will be able to conveniently log your food, exercise, sleep patterns, mood, symptoms and more through the app or desktop version, with direct feedback and tips from your coach.

This package includes:

  • 24/7 access to Practice Better, the app and/or desktop version, with the option to sync your Fitbit watch

  • Digital food and exercise logs that the coach will monitor and provide feedback on

  • Library of resources including: grocery lists, meal plans, recipes, snack options, self care tips and more

  • Direct messaging to your coach (always confidential)

  • A weekly email with a nutrition and wellness focused task or resource
