There’s no need to overcomplicate it. Whatever comes to mind is perfect. You can express gratitude for something as simple as the sun shining, the food on your plate, or the precious people in your life.

Do this every morning and/or before bed to start and end your day with a sense of ease and inner peace. I guarantee you won’t be feeling the blues and gratitude at the same time.
